SCC was established in 1996 as a project of the Olabisi Onabanjo University Teaching Hospital in Sagamu and became an independent NGO in 2000. SCC's mission is to educate members of the community about health and development, and provide care and support through working with youth, truck drivers and truck park users, commercial sex workers and people living with HIV/AIDS.
