Africa Consultants International (ACI)
ACI was formed in 1984 as a cross-cultural education and orientation organization. In 1990, ACI established an independent health department with expertise in sexually transmitted infections and reproductive health. The department provides services to local citizens, as well as consultation and training activities in a number of surrounding African countries, and has played an integral role in developing Senegal’s effective national response to the HIV/AIDS epidemic.
