USOFOORAL ESUPAN is a village development committee located in Diegoune, Casamance, born out of AJWS's collaboration with Tostan, another Senegales non-governmental organization. The organization works to create income-generating opportunities for youth and women in the village, while reducing urban-to-rural migration and illegal immigration that routinely deplete human capital in the country and directly contribute to rural poverty.
