REDIJ was formed this year by a group of 50 youth who participated in a series of capacity-building trainings on sexual and reproductive health and rights, gender-based violence and political advocacy led by Family Care International. The organization uses a variety of creative strategies including talks, workshops, seminars, public education fairs, walks, street theater and dialogues with civil society and local government to advance its mission of promoting human, sexual and reproductive rights in order to prevent HIV/AIDS, domestic violence and teenage pregnancy.
