Social Action for Women (SAW)
SAW was founded in 2000 by women from Burma living on the Thai-Burmese border. The organization supports women and children by providing shelter, health education, health care, counseling and vocational training for unskilled women. SAW has recently expanded its focus to include caring for and educating orphaned children of migrant parents.
