Founded in 1993, EcoNet is a coalition of organizations and individuals working on the issues of land ownership, natural resource management and non-timber forest produce. EcoNet works to assert the rights of tribal and forest-dwelling communities and to advocate for the State to provide support mechanisms such as available credit.
